Casa Sejer is a good  condition house with 105 m2 at the altitude 600 m above sea level at the country side about 2 km. from the village Competa. From the house you got the view over the mountains and the areas highest peak la Maroma at 2000 meter. On clear days you can see the Mediterranean in the direction south and some days even Africas mountains. From the pool the view over Competa is outstanding.

The house. The former owner lived all year around in the house. The windows has sunblind to protect against the hot sun and are also protected with insect net. The 2 rooms has gas heater from bottles which stands outside of the house. Beside this there is a fireplace in the living room and electric radiator. The property is 2000 m2 and is fenced and private.

Interior. There are 6 sleeping places and are with a bed 100 x 195 cm, bed 80 x 200 cm, guestbed, sleeping sofa 140 x 190 cm and a double bed 135 x 200 cm. The house has a hall which is used as a winter room. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The living room is divided into a television section with DVD, Playstation 2, a fireplace section with a sleeping sofa and a dining room with one children chair and A/C. There bathroom has a big bathtub. A room has 2 beds. The sleeping room has its own bathroom.
Also in the house are lots of different games also for PS2 and movies.
Casa Sejer has no internet.

The pool is 8 x 4 meter its not fenced around and can be use from Easter and until week number 42.

Garden is huge and hilly with small tracks in between cactus, citrus trees and other tropical plants. At the house there is a parking space in shade and also a barbecue.

Access. From the paved highway there are 3 minutes’ drive by good condition gravel road and concrete. It is steep until it at last goes steep down to Casa Sejer. This can be done even with the smallest hired car.

Pets are not welcomed and smoking is not allowed inside of the house. Notice-the water is drinkable.
